Madeleine McClung is an M.A. student and Graduate Teaching Associate at the Ohio State University in the Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies Department. Her broad research interests include reproductive justice, policy, and religious anti-abortion movements. Specifically, she explores Indigenous access to reproductive healthcare, the effects of settler colonialism on Indigenous reproduction, anti-abortion crisis pregnancy centers, and religious reproductive coercion.

She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science- Elections and Campaign Management with a minor in Women’s and Gender Studies from the University of Oklahoma in 2020. While there, Madeleine was involved in the Student Government Association and the Honors College.
