Annual Peer Reviews
Each calendar year, there will be observation assignments issued by P&T Chair. In addition, please provide a summary of the discursive evaluations for that same course/faculty member.

Annual Activity Report, SEIs and CVs
Your annual reports are due in March and will cover the previous calendar year (January 1 – December 31) for the purpose of your annual faculty review. These reviews are mandated by the College and University and are used in annual merit compensation process in consultation with the P&T Committee.
You can find the template for the annual activity report on BuckeyeBox. This was revised in 2020 to align with the Arts and Sciences reporting format.
