Amy Bonomi

Amy Bonomi's research focuses on the long-term consequences of teen dating violence and intimate partner violence, and the intimacy dynamics within couples that keep violent relationships intact. She has two active grants to study the health and academic consequences of being exposed to dating violence during the teen years. She is also studying the "live" telephone conversations of couples involved in domestic violence to delineate what keeps these violent relationships functioning.
